Planning approval Wells.

We are so happy to have gained Planning Permission for our clients in Wells-Next-The-Sea in North Norfolk.

The owner’s approached us to discuss improving the layout of the space available to them for their business in the Conservation Area in the town.

After ongoing consultations with the couple and North Norfolk District Council Planning Department, we have secured permission for alterations to the business space and improved out door area for their private use.

We considered both the property owner’s needs, the privacy of the neighbouring property and the visual appearance from the rear of the building, whilst listening to both our clients and to the requirements of the planning department.
