Hindringham Autumn/Winter 2019 – Conservation area Garage conversion

Sheringham Autumn/Winter 2019- Replacement of doors and window Conservation area

Garveston Autumn/Winter 2019- New Cartshed with office in loft space.

Mundsley Autumn/Winter 2019- Replacement timber doors and windows, extension to rear of property, extension to front of property, conservation area.

Syderstone Late Summer 2019 – Rear Extension & conversion of garage

Wells-next-the-Sea – July 2019, two separate applications for two properties within the Conservation area. Both for external alterations.

Baconsthorpe – July 2019, side extension and demolition of part of front boundary wall to create new vehicular access to cottage within a Conservation area.

Sheringham – June 2019, demolition of studio and outbuildings, erection of garage with room above plus single storey extension with dormer.

Wells Next The Sea – May 2019, single storey extension within AONB.

Sculthorpe, Fakenham – April 2019, demolition and double extension to home.

Walsingham – April 2019, Rear extension and garden pod

Little Barningham – April 2019, single storey extension to home in Conservation area of village.

Binham, North Norfolk – March 2019, erection of flint wall after removal of garden hedge in Conservation area of the village. Householder application.

Thorpe Abbotts, near Diss – February 2019, rear and front extensions to home in Conservation Area.

Holt – January 2019, detached garden annexe and swimming pool to North Norfolk home.

Fakenham – January 2019, extensions to and conversion of single storey home to chalet style .

Pulham Market РDecember 2018, retrospective application approved for outbuildings, sauna, fence, including change of use of two outbuildings to B8 storage.

Stanton, Bury St Edmunds – August 2018, single storey extension to front of residential home.

Gissing, Diss – August 2018 permission granted by South Norfolk District Council for conversion of outbuilding to one bedroom holiday let in a Conservation Area.

Norwich City Centre –¬†Change of use from shop (Class A1) to a mixed use of shop and drinking establishment (Class A4).

North Creake, Fakenham – New build cart-shed, office & restroom.

Langham, Holt – gained Easter 2018. Conservation area permission for extension to period cottage used as a holiday home.

Wells-Next-The-Sea, North Norfolk Coast – Permission granted by North Norfolk District Council for a new build, 4 Bedroom, detached home with cart shed at on the North Norfolk Coast.

Fakenham – Two extensions to a substantial & traditional family home, one single storey and one two storey, plus the addition of a new cart shed.

Sculthorpe – Two, two storey extensions to family home.

Great Massingham, King’s Lynn – Demolition of part of home and replacement with two additional extensions to large village property.

Fakenham – New access gained for a single level home plus double cart shed garaging.

Drayton, Norwich – Single storey extension of client’s bungalow home.

Spixworth, Norwich – two storey extension to property.

Hickling, Norfolk Broads – single storey extension and garage conversion to additional bedroom.

Burnham Market, King’s Lynn – Single Storey Extension to 1950’s family home.
